This video of Canadian freerider Brendan Howey is 100 seconds of complete shredding with no frills attached, as the “RAW” title would suggest. With no visual effects, no slow motion and no pumping soundtrack, the beautifully shot film follows Howey as he tears down a course at breakneck speed. Combining quick edits with gorgeous drone footage, tracking shots and beautiful scenery, the speed of the film is as fast-paced as the rider himself without seeming too flashy or overdone. Worth a mention also is the sound design, as without a soundtrack it feels like every quick corner and flying jump can be heard for miles around.
