McDonald’s Spain’s latest advert takes us 50 years into the future, where apparently umbrellas can float, rain is still a pretty big deal and everyone hates their job. If this doesn’t sound too far removed from the present, you’ll be glad to know that one thing that has also stuck around in this hypothetical future is a love for burgers, as we see a downtrodden man bond with a coworker over the thought of unboxing and eating an imaginary Big Mac, before living this fantasy out in real life. There’s some seriously cool Black Mirror style technology on display in this advert, but we feel as though they could have thought of a way to keep your feet dry as well…
