British artist Stephen Wright takes The Telegraph inside his home in the latest video of their House Proud series.
It’s a bit like a classier, more posh version of MTV’s Cribs. Steven has been making his home look totally different for years. Using only found objects and his signature style of calligraphy, he’s created an other worldly paradise that looks like nowhere else. Anyone passing by might completely miss the fantastical world he’s made out of a cosy house in London.
He tells us how he was first inspired to decorate the house and how he’s managed to evolve it over the years. We also get to see his thriving back garden, which is filled with colourful flowers and tangled plants. The house is a mix of the man-made objects that we see on the inside and the wild growth of horticulture we see on the outside. It’s a fascinating trip into a home that’s totally unique. We really enjoyed this excellent vid from the Telegraph and can’t wait to see more like it in the future.
