Online retailer giant Amazon shows us one woman’s morning ritual in this touching commercial. In it, we see a woman using her Amazon Echo to help her out with day to day tasks.

It’s revealed to us that woman in the advert is blind and the ad shows us how she subtly uses sounds and touch to find her way around the house. It’s interesting to see all the ways that she explores the house, all without the ability of sight. In the ad, we also see the ways in which she uses her Amazon Echo in the morning to help her. For most of us, we’d just look out the window to see what the weather is like. For the person in this advert, they’re not able to do that. But now, they can just ask Alexa, so they don’t need to worry.

It’s a really lovely ad that reminds us how smart home devices can be extremely helpful for people with disabilities. Amazon wants to show that their devices aren’t just a fun gimmick. They show us how they can really make helpful changes to people’s lives. We love this inventive and moving ad from Amazon.
