The term “like a girl” has been an insult for years, but this campaign by Always is seeking to rectify that and change the perception of how women in the world are portrayed. In a studio environment, women of different ages are asked to perform actions or activities “like a girl”, and the results are interesting to see. This ad went viral as it opened up a discussion on how we as a society can affect girls’ confidence from a young age through the way we talk and add labels to actions.
