The promotional video for the new Kia Stinger uses rock legend Steven Tyler to illustrate their point – Tyler gets into the car on a NASCAR track, but in an unexpected move turns around and reverses round the track at full speed. Kia have kept the fact their new car is a time-machine pretty quiet, as when Tyler steps out of the car he has rolled back the years and is back to his 70’s glam-rock star heyday, with the screaming fans and everything. The stylish video is soundtracked with Aerosmith’s classic Dream On, and plays on the idea of both the brand and the rock star rolling back the years.
