As promotional videos for cities go, the video for the Taiwanese city of Kaohsiun is up there with one of the trippiest to have been produced. The video is presented as several sections where different animations are layered over footage from a trip around the city – one uses photographs to move the camera from scene to scene, another puts bizarre creatures over buildings and into stadiums, and there is one that creates colourful burst of fire exploding out of windows and through tunnels. While we’re not sure these features will be visible when you actually visit the city you can’t deny it looks pretty as hell from here.
